About Emma

“My goal is not to heal but to help you feel more connected.”

My connection with craniosacral therapy began in early childhood through cranial osteopathy and innovative orthodontic treatment. Over time, a variety of experiences deepened my appreciation for the gentle, transformative power of cranio-sacral therapy and I chose to embark on professional training in my early 30s.

I trained at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London, where I studied both biodynamic and biomechanical approaches. In my practice here in Penzance, I support people with a wide range of concerns, from musculoskeletal tension and stress-related conditions to post-traumatic stress symptoms and developmental challenges in infants and children. I have a particular focus on stress-related disorders, persistent pain, chronic health conditions, periods of change and transition, personal development, families, pregnancy, and women’s health.

I’m passionate about providing gentle, compassionate, integrative care that helps the body find balance. I aim to create a welcoming, light space where every patient, no matter their age, can feel supported. My approach is about listening to your unique needs, connecting the dots, and helping you feel grounded, balanced, and well.

I am a registered member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) UK and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
